I bought tickets in 2019 for the BTS Love Yourself Speak Yourself concert. I suffer from severe anxiety and the days leading to the concert my anxiety got super bad. I cried so much because I wanted to go see them, but I knew my anxiety would get in the way. I somehow made it to the concert, fully medicated. I prayed so much and breathed in slowly. Without knowing, my anxiety subsided for those 4 hours, and I found myself happy and enjoying the concert anxiety free. I dont know how it happened, but I made it threw the concert.

Oh my gosh. This will never get old. No one talks about this enough.

I would like to go to Bts concert one day and usually people are not standing but there are way too many people that triggers my anxiety. Sometimes I feel like giving up but I also feel like if I don't go now,I will regret it later😔😓😭
